Tehmeena Afzal’s Pregnancy Photoshoot with visible Baby Bump

Photographer Felix Natal Jr. shared beautiful pictures of Pakistani origin American model Ms. Tehmeena Afzal while she was pregnant with her 2nd son.  The baby bump is clearly visible in this photoshoot and Tehmeena is looking like a hot pregnant angel that is about to give birth.
